Berry Protein Smoothie (Vegan)

How do I put this kindly… smoothies are unf**king believable for you. While I’d like to write about all of the ways in which smoothies have improved my life, I’m simply not a health expert. What I can tell you is that I have one nearly every. single. day. And I generally feel amazing. This recipe happens to be my go-to combination but feel free to get creative with the fruits and vegetables you have on hand.

The Recipe

Total Cook Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients:

1 banana

2 Tbsp almond butter

3.5 oz frozen açaí (1 packet)

1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries

¾ cup frozen mango

1 cup spinach

2 cups almond milk

1 cup orange juice

1 Tbsp agave or honey

Instructions:

1.       Add banana, frozen berries, frozen mango, spinach, and acai to blender.

2.      Then, add almond milk, orange juice, almond butter, and agave.

3.      Blend to combine.
